Privacy policy

What data we collect

For your account: email address, hashed password, optional name, language preference, watchlist and price alerts. For security, the IP address and browser details of your logged-in session are stored. If you send a partnership application: the name, company, email, phone/Telegram, website and message you enter in the form. We do not collect payment or identity document data, and we do not sell your data.

Cookies

We use a session cookie (to keep you logged in), a security (CSRF) cookie and a language preference cookie. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Third-party services

Charts and the economic calendar are loaded with TradingView widgets, videos with the YouTube player (youtube-nocookie.com), fonts with Google Fonts, coin logos from CoinMarketCap and video thumbnails from YouTube. These services receive requests directly from your browser and are subject to their own privacy policies. Exchange and partner links take you to their websites, where their own rules apply.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the Account section; your watchlist, alerts, notifications and sessions are deleted with it. Partnership applications are used only to review the application and contact you, are visible only to ScionTrade administrators and are deleted on request.
